What is the difference between a Stock Transfer and a Stock Variance?
A 'Stock Transfer' is created when a Buyer wants to move stock from one location to another without creating an ‘Internal Requisition’ (i.e. Beverage Store to Bar).
For more information on how to complete a 'Stock Transfer', please check it out How to complete a Stock Transfer.
A 'Stock Variance' is created when a Buyer needs to change the quantity of an item in the stock location (i.e., free stock has been received, or there has been an error when adding the stock to the stock location).
For more information on how to complete a 'Stock Variance', please check it out How to complete a Stock Variance.
