How to delete empty Stock Levels
In this section, we will show you how to delete an empty stock (0 stock count) in your Inventory.
1. Navigate to [Inventory] → [Stock location] to find the location where the products are stored.
2. Select the Location [Name] to view all the products inside your desired stock location.
3. Once selected, sort the products by the [current quantity].
To ensure all products with a quantity of 0 are displayed at the top, sort the list in ascending order.
4. After arranging the products so that those with a count of 0 are at the top, you have two options for deleting them:
Option 1:
Individually: Change the unit value of each product to '0' first. Refer to the Change Item/Unit Value in Stock Location. Once the value is '0', then you can delete the stock item by selecting the (🗑️) Icon.
Option 2:
Multiple: To delete all products with a count of '0' at once, click the red [Remove Empty Levels] button at the right bottom corner of the page.
By following these steps, you can effectively remove all empty level stocks from your inventory location.
