How do I link or add a Buyer to my Supplier Catalog?

In this section we will show Suppliers how to add Buyer/s to a Supplier Catalog.

Before adding a Buyer to a Supplier Catalog, the Buyer first needs to be added to the Supplier's PurchasePlus account. Follow the steps outlined here.

To link/add an existing Buyer to a Catalog, follow the steps below. 

 

1. In [Catalogues] [Supplier Catalogues] click on the [View] icon of the catalog you wish to add a Buyer to.

 

2. In the [Assigned Trading Catalogues] tab, click the green [+ Assigned Trading Catalogue] button, in the top left of the screen.

3. In the pop-up window, search for and select the customer you want to add to the catalog from the 'Trade relationship' dropdown and click [Save].

Your Buyer has now been added to your Catalog!

If you get an error when  adding a Buyer to your Supplier Catalog that indicates that the Buyer is already added to your account. A Buyer cannot be added to an account more than once, but they can have multiple catlaogs linked.
