Sending Purchase Order to a different Email or Destination address.
In this section, we will show you how to send a PO to a different pipeline (destination address) when necessary.
1. Go to [Documents] -> [Purchase Orders] and search for the PO number.
2. Once the Order is found, click on the 'Delivery Outbox Status' of the order and it will bring you to the delivery tab of the order.
3. In the [Deliveries] Tab, click on the "+" button and a [New Delivery] pop-up window will show up.
4. In the 'Pipe' drop down menu, select the most appropriate destination for the order if there are multiple destinations listed.
5. Once the destination is selected, click on [Save] and the window will close and you will see that the new transmission is listed down in the [Deliveries] with the initial 'State' as 'Queued for sending'. Just give it about a minute and refresh the page.
6. Once successful, you will see that the 'State' will change to 'Sent'
Great Job! The order has been sent to a different destination. Please check with the supplier to ensure that they have received the order.
