Internal help guides
I have Internal Requisitions that need to be cancelled, but when I try to cancel them this error comes up 'Destination can't be blank'. What does that mean?
The 'Destination can't be blank' error means the destination stock location was deleted before the Internal Requisitions allocated to that stock location were deleted.
Please contact Purchase Plus support to request the deleted stock location is reinstated, then you can delete the appropriate Internal Requisitions.
Ensue all Internal Requisitions and any other relating open transactions are deleted before a location is deleted to avoid this error reoccurring down the track.
