In this section we will show you how you can contact the PurchasePlus Supplier Relationship Team
Our dedicated PurchasePlus Supplier Relationship Team are available between the hours of 7am and 7.30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.
You can call us on 1300 411 014, email help.suppliers@marketboomer.com.
We are also available on our online Live Chat support when you are logged into PurchasePlus - located in the top right-hand corner of your screen, as below.
Click on 'Help', and a pop-up window will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
To start a new conversation with our Supplier Relationship Team, click on 'Send us a message', type your question in the space provided and then click on the blue 'arrow' which will send your message to our team.
Our Supplier Team will respond within a few minutes during business hours, noted above.
This pop up also gives you access to all the previous conversations you have had with the PurchasePlus Supplier Relationship Team, and also to our Supplier Help Guide library containing many step-by-step guides, recorded webinars, general information & more!
