Can I create Group Level Buy Lists?
Find out how to create and manage group level Buy Lists
Buy lists can be created at a parent/group level if you are a manager of several properties.
There are some limitations in how these work, however.
Creating a Buy List at the group level is essentially the same process as creating a normal Buy List at your property level, however unless you have Suppliers added and catalogues linked to the group/parent level, you won't see any quotes or pricing.
You can also use the 'Black Catalogues' tab within the Buy List to restrict certain Personas or properties from using the Buy List.
With the Buy List created, the hotel user can create a requisition from the Group Buy List and if any Suppliers have pricing enabled for the products, these will be shown in the Requisition.
The user at the hotel level will be able to view the Buy List but not edit without access to the Group level, and there will be no quotes available unless gathered from the Group level property.
