Customer Support Information for Buyers

In this section we will show you how you can contact the Marketboomer Customer Success Team

The global Marketboomer Customer Success Team are available between the hours of 8am and 1 am the next day Monday to Friday, AEST (Sydney time) throug the following channels or using our online Live Chat support once you are logged into PurchasePlus.

 

Once you are logged into PurchasePlus you can use the Help function at any time. The Help function is located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

 

1. When you select 'Help' You will be directed to our live chat page.

 

2. To start a new conversation with the Customer Success Team, simply click on the chat bubble as highlighted on the image above.
