Sign In to PurchasePlus

Learn how to Sign In to PurchasePlus, including what to do if it's your first time Signing In.

How to Sign In?

1. To access the PurchasePlus Sign In page, visit https://app.purchaseplus.com. (Our recommended browser is Google Chrome).
2. Enter your 'Email address' and 'Password' and click the [Sign In] button.

How to Sign In using Microsoft?

Note: If your email address belongs to a Microsoft account, and that email address also belongs to your user account on PurchasePlus, you can sign in using the [Sign in with Microsoft] option.

1. Click [Sign in with Microsoft], you will be redirected to Microsoft Sign In page.

Click sign int with Microsoft2. Enter your 'Email address' and 'Password' that belongs to a Microsoft account. 

3. You may be presented with the following prompt, please click [Accept].

4. You will be forwarded back to PurchasePlus and be signed in to your account.

Note: If there is no user in PurchasePlus that matches the Microsoft Email Address you used, you will land back on our Sign In page and see a "Sign In Unsuccessful" prompt.

Signing In for the First Time?

Before you can Sign In to your account for the first time, you will need to confirm your account. If you did not action the account confirmation email at the time of your account creation, you will need to request the account confirmation email be re-sent to your email address.
1. Click the [Need Help Signing In?] button.

3. Enter your 'Email Address' and click [Re-Send Welcome Email].

4. You will then receive an email with a link to click to confirm your account. If you haven't received this email within a couple of minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

5. Once you have confirmed your account, you may need to reset your password. To do this, click the [Reset My Password] option.

7. You will receive an email with a link to set your password. If you haven't received this email within a couple of minutes, please check your junk or spam folder. This email contains a link that takes you to the password reset screen.

Please enter a password that is at least 8 characters in length, and including at least 1 uppercase letter and 1 number.
