Manage Table Columns

Learn how to show or hide columns, and set your sort preferences for each table. Your preference will be applied to your user account only.

For most table views in PurchasePlus, you will find the [Manage Columns] button, where you can manage your column preferences for the table you are viewing. These preferences will be saved to your account, and they will be applied to the table view each time you visit it. You can decide which columns you wish to show or hide, and you can also set your sorting preference. It is important to note that there are some columns that cannot be hidden.

1. Click [Manage Columns], to open the Column Preferences selection.

Set Sorting Preferences

1. Scroll and select your 'Sorting Preference', then click [Save Changes].

2. Click [Restore Defaults] if you wish to revert to the default columns and sorting preference for this table.

Set Column Preferences

1. Scroll and select or deselect the columns you would like to show, then click [Save Changes].

Resize Column Width

1. You can resize columns on any table that allows you to [Manage Columns] by dragging the column width border to the left or right.

2. The column's width is also saved to your account as a preference, and it can be restored to default by clicking [Manage Columns] and then [Restore Defaults].
